HOW TO PLACE YOUR CONDO FOR SALE
1/. BUYERS: We do not charge if you wish to buy a condo. Just ask us by email where you want; what you want and your budget.
2/. Renting we charge only the landlord first months rental fee not the tenant..
3/. SELLING A CONDO: We allow you the following OPTIONS if you wish to sell yourself:
Option 1: For the first month run your ad with us NO CHARGE. Send us pic x1 & text maximum 250 words and we advertise for you for FREE for 1 month..
Option 2: After the first month if not sold then we charge a set fee of 5000 baht . Total time extra 2 months so you have max 3 months in total so far..
Option 3: After 3 months we charge you a total of 7000 baht for 6 months advertising so thats another 2000 baht on top of the 5000baht already paid = 7000 baht in total.
Option 4: If you sign up for 6 months straight away or until you sell sold the total cost is 6500 baht.. We allow you a full page of text and pics (jpegs )x10 plus a map of where you are located to assist you in selling your condo.
If you want us to sell for you our commission rate is 5%. WHAT YOU RECEIVE: Free pictures to max 10. Text and free contract and law service and advice on sale and also advertising on 1 other website we own in Thailand. We do not ask for sole agency
